Orders

- How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You'll receive an order confirmation after your payment has been successfully completed.

- Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn't been processed yet, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist you.

Shipping

- How much is shipping?

We ship nationwide via J&T Express for a flat rate of ₱185.

- How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

      Metro Manila & Visayas: 5–7 business days

      Mindanao: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

- Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes. Customers in the Kalibo area may choose Local Pick-up at checkout at no additional cost. Pick-up instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.

- How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

- How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page before placing your order.

- Are your products unisex?

Unless otherwise stated, all Baseline apparel is designed with a unisex fit. Products specifically made for women will be clearly labeled.

- What material are your shirts made of?

Our performance tops are made from lightweight, breathable, and quick-dry Dri-FIT fabric designed for comfort on and off the court.

Returns & Exchanges

- Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns or exchanges for eligible items in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and meet the policy requirements.

Payments

- What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are completed by scanning the QR code displayed at checkout using your preferred supported e-wallet or banking app.
