At Baseline Sporting Goods, we want you to shop with confidence. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must:

      Be unused and unwashed.

      Be in its original condition.

      Have all original tags attached.

      Be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

      Sale or clearance items.

      Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

      Products without their original tags or packaging.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an eligible item for a different size or design, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us, as well as the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos of the item.

Once approved, Baseline Sporting Goods will cover both:

      The return shipping cost of the defective or incorrect item.

      The shipping cost of sending the replacement item.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for completed purchases. Eligible items may only be exchanged in accordance with this policy.
