Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We ship nationwide via J&T Express for a flat shipping fee of ₱185.

Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Manila & Visayas: 5–7 business days

Mindanao: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Local Pick-up

Customers in the Kalibo area may choose Local Pick-up at checkout at no additional cost. Pick-up instructions will be provided once your order is ready.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
